suziestyle16 Hi! Keeping you in the loop, I have emailed posh and they have responded twice saying they will get back to me and they are flooded with inquires right now. I’m thinking you will need to make a case that you received wrong item. Do you mind waiting one more day to see if they give me a different answer? I’m hoping you could just print a label and send to the other buyer and she would do the same. But not sure if that works. Thank you so much for your patience and I hope you had a nice holiday!
