nikki_parris @slmdcrx357 Hello. Shipment and service- no issue at all. The shoe is a less-fine quality than it appears in the picture. I was surprised at the stiff pleather-like feel to the upper. Seems brand new and has a funny smell that I believe has to do with the material of which it is made. Bought for a wedding, though I may opt out of wearing it. So, more of a brand issue and not shipment or seller issue. Thanks for inquiring.

slmdcrx357 @nikki_parris thanks for the details but I don’t see how your personal opinion of the product affects me as a reseller. You shouldn’t under rate the seller’s performance based on the manufacturers product bc that just makes my rating go down for something I have no control of.
