Hey love, so I tried to send the rain boots to you today and if I ship them with the box its $40 more because of the weight! Posh only covers 5lbs so I was thinking to ship it without the box because I'm not sure what to do about this 😞 let me know if that's ok.

I went to UPS and bought a huge box to put everything in but that increases the weight as well since the boots and box are so big and heavy together. So I'll ship them alone tmrw. Let me know.

@nimigi08 ok since posh uses priority mail it would be $80 more based on the weight & size, which I dont want you to pay. Posh only covers $26=5lbs & the package ends up being so expensive &more than that so I was going to offer you for me to ship the whole thing basic mail not priority cuz it won't be expensive that way and use cash pop or vento for boots if you trust me or I can ship the boots tmrw and ship the box regular mail to u separately.

@nimigi08 Tmrw I'll go back to the post office and see how much it'll be for just the boots without box. If it ends up being a tiny bit more I'll let u know and we'll use vento but let's hope it'll be ok. They will be shipped early, sorry for all this if anything let me know

@nimigi08 nevermind all that I figured out how to get a larger weight label from posh if u want the box and its a lot cheaper. $10-$20 more depending on weight but ok we'll do it without box and like I said I can ship the box alone regular mail and pay for it 4 u. It won't be much. Sorry for the long dialogue. Ive never had this issue before.

@annahunny Deal. I totally understand, for I have bought a pair previously, and know how much more heavy the box is compared to the boots. Whatever you want to do it is fine by me...I just bought the boots for my 12-yr-old daughter who likes my classic's but is hard as heck on shoes...I wanted to surprise her before the next rain fall. If you can find a reasonable way to send the box as well, it would sure brighten up a little girl's day!

@nimigi08 ok Im going to the post office tmrw noon & i'm going to put the boots in the Burberry box in an even bigger box. i didn't realize before that posh has heavier label options but after 5lbs we have to pay but its $4-$20. Ill find out the weight and buy that label and i'll have u vento me so check ur messages tmrw so u can approve the info i get. Sorry i never had to ship smth so heavy before. ttyt💜

Customer Service Rep and the website's FAQ, the seller is to cover the cost of shipping if the item's weight is >10 lbs. Here is the info you need to generate a larger waybill:

@nimigi08 its my fault, I never had to ship anything over what posh covers. Now that I know all this I'll just raise the price a bit more on an item since posh already takes so much money out of my sale but its wtv. I hope your daughter enjoys them 💜 xo
