plaidposh @shirleygerman Hi Shirley, I'm sorry you were not happy with the Coach shoes. I didn't list the tear because I truly did not see a tear, I must have missed it and I'm sorry for that. Trust me, I would never hide a problem just to make a $9 profit, or any amount of profit. I would rather throw a pair of shoes away than risk an unhappy buyer, but sometimes problems slip by and I'm sorry I sold you a pair of shoes that were not up to par.
