pamelamarie62 @nanette_varner I’m sorry to hear that your package arrived that way. I used packing pillows and newspaper. It also stated fragile and glass written all over the box. If it arrived smashed, it was clearly mis handed during transit during the shipping process at the post office. I did not smash it and would never ship an item broken. I’ve sent out numerous packages and never had an issue. A one star rating is completely unfair in this situation and it should not reflect on me.
