Hi Nancy, As I was packing up the dress I noticed a few dirt marks on the bottom hem. The dress is new and never been worn. I can take $5 off for dry cleaning or issue you a refund. Let me know what works better for you. Sorry for any inconvenience.

why are you not paying for an item you received and refuse to reply to messages. This is stealing. Horrible and unexceptable. Karma will catch you while Poshmark handles the legal part.
