Thank you for the feedback on packing. I Personally use clothing mailers and create a loop for easy opening so not to damage material inside. I also wrap all items in tissue and make a nice presentation for the buyer. I was at work and had someone send this out for me. Lesson learned. My apology for the difficulty in opening the package. I appreciate your purchase and willingness to share feedback to help improve poshing!
