Hello Nadine, you left me a rating of only 4 stars and s comment of "love it" for the VS pink anorak. Since the item is brand new in package and was shipped in a day and a half I do not see why I would not have received 5 stars. I have contacted Posh in regards to receiving a return of the item from you so I may resell the item to someone who would provide me with a 5 star rating.

Hey!! I just wanted to let you know that I dropped your box off at the post office today around 4:30! They haven’t scanned it as accepted yet but it’s totally there!! This happened to me last week and it scanned in at like 10:30 at night... just wanted to keep you updated!! Thanks again!!
