Hi there, nothing on the sunglasses you purchased were broken, hence no repair was ever made. I’m not sure what earpiece you’re referring to, but the sunglasses were NEVER damaged and barely worn. I’m sorry you’re disappointed with the sale, but leaving a rating like that really affects sellers on this platform.
