mfunderbirk There is a reason I get 5 star ⭐️ ratings because I do take pride in the merchandise I sell. Another complaint to mentioned was the packaging. Well you do know when shipping fragile items tissue paper won’t do. Bubble wrap and padding is required. I will make $11.00, so you can understand I would prefer for you to return the item. I want you to be happy 😊 and your comments show you are not so I really think returning is the best customer service and you can get your

mfunderbirk @mlkchicago ok good and support should send you a return label. I never took the plastic wrapper off. If beads are coming unglued It’s from the manufacturer and I couldn’t see with the wrapper still on. Anyway you should send it back. Thank you for making the purchase.
