@melonie_r hi, you can open a case for damaged items when this happens. Items shipped priority and through Poshmark are covered.

@melonie_r no problem. I’ve shipped probably about 200 Rae Dunn items and this has happened maybe 3 times. I feel I double wrapped each of those and used sturdy priority box, Sometimes USPS is not the most gentle on items.
