You didn't contact me, as I politely asked if you weren't happy, to please let me know because of the "hassle" of returning them. I would return your money without requiring you return them. You just wanted to tarnish my rating or you would have tried to fix it. I shipped immediately. I've been on this app for years. I cannot even defend the lies!

dublkool @hawkeyern11 @hawkeyern11 i dont know how to put a picture here to show you, but the jeans i received are in fact not the jeans that were pictured in your post. however, they are similar. the same brand and style. the pocket detail on the ones i received is not like your photo and the BKE label is tearing off of the jeans i received.

dublkool @hawkeyern11 i gave the 2 star rating because i the jeans are close enough to what i ordered, so i'll keep them...but i didnt like the feeling of just having to take what i got and just act like its what i ordered. also, i ordered those pants because of the pockets. i liked that they were plain and the ones i received have much more embroidery on them.

dublkool @hawkeyern11 and, really, no matter how accomodating you may be, returns are always a hassle and they fit so i kept them. you are probably right in that i should have contacted you directly first about it, however, im not familiar with the process on this site and its my experience with other sites like this that you speak to the seller through the site not directly.
