mgriggsreeves Ok, I just got home and opened my purse. I love it but can’t figure out how to attach the leather crossbody strap. I want to use it as a crossbody or it won’t work for me. Can you explain how the strap you sent with the bag works? It only has a clip on one end. Sorry to be so dense but I need help that crossbody strap.

mgriggsreeves I don’t dispute that it is in great condition but I bought it to be a crossbody and the strap you sent does not attach to be used in that way. When attached it is too short for that use.

mgriggsreeves @kdibianco when I attached it as you described it is not long enough to be a crossbody. It is certainly nothing against you it just won’t work for me. I will send it back as quickly as they tell me what to do.

rlcamejo Hi Melinda! Your earrings are now tracking. Keep in mind they have to go to Posh Concierge for authentication process and they will then ship it out to you. rlcamejo @mgriggsreeves Hi Melinda! I’m so disappointed with Poshmark right now. They are saying they could not authenticate the earrings so they are returning them to me. I’m so confused because not only did I provide proof of authenticity in your package, they are obviously authentic from their baroque 2017 line.

Which I can understand but posh says it was authentic but canceled so just wondering Please help if you can I’m very upset with posts unprofessional handling And I hope that my bracket is returned I asked if they lost it didn’t even answer

adele2030 @mgriggsreeves Hi Melissa I am still trying to get Posh headquarters to respond to an email They say the order was canceled. No explanation I’m asking for a tracking number for them shipping it back to me Someone there had lost or stolen it , just my deduction and they are not going to admit that either of them took place It’s easy for them to click and delete the listing like it never was on posh. Magically disappeared

mgriggsreeves I bought several to layer and I have only received one. It did not go through verification for some reason. All the others are being verified and it has taken them a long time. Very upset about them canceling my bracelet. It has already been charged to my cc
