Dear Melanie, I want to apologize for the lengthy delay in shipping the Claire Pettibone set that you purchased from me last week. The emailed notices filtered into a junk folder. I am not sure how this happened bc I didn't know that I'd set up that filter. At any rate, I just became aware of the purchase, and I will ship today. I am so very sorry and want to know how I can make this right. I realize that sites like this rely on people participating in a timely manner....
