Hi Mary, I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. First negative rating I have ever had. I shipped Tuesday, the same day you purchased. Today is the 3rd day. The set was never wore after dry cleaning. I don’t know what to say about the packaging, I wrapped carefully, folding in tissue paper, then clear poly bag. I hope your next Poshmark purchase works out better for you. You have a great weekend 🌹🌹

@mlwhitaker41 I think I will need to wear my glasses more often 😉 There are 4 out of the 5, not 3. I was out, I guess the comments just caught me by surprise. I have maintained a five star rating for almost 20 years online. I always ship the same day if there’s time to get to the post office before it closes. I wouldn’t mind if you would explain exactly what was wrong, I can look to not make the same mistake on future sales. I apologize again. Please enjoy the rest of your evening.

@mlwhitaker41 It’s ok 😉 I am just glad everything is ok. After a few more sales it will get pushed down lower. I don’t think 4 stars are that bad. I feel bad that I said anything now. I apologize for that. I really did want to know if something was wrong, so I could fix it, or not do it again. It is all fine. @mlwhitaker41 The only way I have ever contacted them was by email. Only 4 stars showing up, maybe a “glitch” as my grandson tells me whenever some electronic does something weird. So far as the comments, if you didn’t add them, Idk. Maybe they come up automatically with less than 5 stars. Not sure though. Can you see the comments I’m talking about in your review?

@mlwhitaker41 I just checked a review on one of my purchases, there is an edit icon, you can try clicking on that, if you don’t see five stars there, or the comments under your review, you could take a screenshot and send it to them. I have never seen that happen, hopefully it was just a one time glitch 😉 and will probably never happen again. I am sorry I stressed you out over it 🌹
