oliverrosedsign Hi Mary, I have this strange idea that yesterday I might have packed the wrong John Varvatos tee. I think I packed the faded blue stars one (I brought it to post office already yesterday). I’m just trying to think of what I should do. Apologies as I’ve never made this mistake before, but I want to know what I can do to make it right. oliverrosedsign @ogbarrista poshmark tells me you have to open a case?? I don’t entirely know what this involves. It’s sounding complex and as if your shirt might never arrive. I might just ship you this shirt on my own dime, as I feel so badly that I lost my mind. I know you’re a repeat customer and I value that. Did they reach out to you at all?
