What kind of reply is this. I ordered the shoes which said that were available. It confirmed my order and I knew something was wrong when I received no shipping confirmation in a timely manner. After reading 80 percent negative reviews about this company I totally understand why. What happened to my order? Are you shipping the shoes or not? Please explain what happened to my order.
