melaniecrodgers I tried making this one long reply — anyway, I want you to know that I’m going to my post office tomorrow to see the manager-it’s a small outlet nearby and I’ve had a couple issues with the same thing and have had it. I was told that a lot of packages weren’t being scanned due to being swamped so some employees were relying on our main portal in Kansas City to do it—not acceptable to mr
