mctocco At 72 (almost) I didn't want to look like I was trying to look younger, so I went for crazy colors. When it was blue, my grandsons called me grandma smurf! It is sort of a red purple now. Time for a different color!

mctocco @soriag Thank you so much. I am beginning to enjoy my Poshmark obsession. At first, PM was little intimidating, but I feel like I have water wings now. I do have tons of questions. One of my biggest problems in listing and sharing is understanding the sizing of jeans and slacks. I am not familiar with young jeans sizing. Is a 22 the waist measurement? The inseam? I am totally confused. If you have time to help with this, I would be grateful!

soriag @mctocco usually the number on jeans refers to Waist laying flat measurement (26, 27, 31 etc) Slacks usually use clothes sizes like S,M,L I hope this helps

mctocco Ellen, my mother-in-law has dementia, so I understand completely. I am new to Poshmark and sell very little, so my advice isn't worth much, but I would hate to see you take things down. I could make you a post-it with several bundling discounts on it. I think Poshmark makes you pick a bundling discount and only posts one. I hope this is clear.

mctocco @forever_ellenlp Ellen, those are first 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Lyra & Basho. I got Lyra for Mark's 50th birthday; and then we got Basho. We sure miss them. We now have two RR rescues & until 3 weeks ago 3 rescued cats.We lost Amelie at 16 in May. We may have one more RR puppy in us! We love animals. When we moved to Portland, OR from L.A., we brought 8 pets with us! What a move.

cepatterson Martha, regarding your concern about the top. If you know beyond a shadow of doubt that you did the best that you could to make the purchase clean and acceptable to the buyer, there's nothing you can do at this point. No need to reply. The piece was not displayed as NWT ,( New with Tags ) the buyer was already aware that the piece had been previously worn and was Not a Brand New Piece. Keep doing what you know to do to prepare a purchase in the manner You would if You were Buying it.🥀

cepatterson Martha. Just another small tip. When wrapping a piece or pieces in tissue paper, always seal any open ends with scotch tape before placing in package or box. And always attach a "Thank You Card" with a hand written note to the buyer. Thanking them for their purchase. 🌾 @ cepatterson

mctocco Carolyn, Thank you for those tips. In a way, a Poshmark purchase is a present to the person buying it, and I made a mistake in packaging! I did enclose note and seal the tissue paper but the outer package was tacky! I won't do that again! Happy Saturday to you! (Not sure how to get emojis on the computer.)

mctocco @forever_ellenlp Ellen, you are so sweet! I moved to Portland OR from Los Angeles 6 years ago exactly! My son and D-I-L and 3 grandsons live here and were not coming back home to L.A., so we moved up here happy to actually see water fall from the sky, because it hadn't really rained in L.A. for 10 years. Today is over 90 degrees, very unusual for Oregon June. Too hot for us, but perfect for you.

My daddy @ home in Texas had a massive stroke & he can’t swallow properly so they just took him back to Nursing home on HOSPICE! Send positive thoughts & prayers if u like that he goes w/o a lot of suffering! He’s 91 1/2 & has been an angel of a kind, soft dear man! 😇 MEANWHILE, I’m covered in Poison Ivy! Argh!! What a crazy time 🥴😵🙄😷🤕

Who was supposed to be a sweetie but hates everybody, but my husband, me and my son! I think I have a picture in my closet! wolfemom65 Martha I'm sure you already know this but one quick way to build followers is to follow the followers of closets with a similar style to yours. At the top of their closets click followers and hit the blues. Joining share groups helps as well. I belong to to several both plus and otherwise. If you're interested I'll tag you their closets.

wolfemom65 @mctocco I wish someone had taken me under their wing...lol. For Plus size I belong to @pandlsharegroup and @ curvykoala. Everyone there is very supportive and they always do their shares. For other clothing I belong to @sarah_boynton groups and Alex's groups, I forget her closet name but I'll get it for you. For shoes I like @kimaj. In the beginning I played a lot of the games but have had way more success with share groups. I don't do every group every day except the shoe group.

Usually what you do is find the group and read the slides for instructions. Generally you just add your closet name in the comments. Let me know if you need more help 😍
