oldsmargirl Hi!!! You recently purchased my grey sweater with white bow. As I was preparing to ship it I caught it on a door frame that is part of the room we are remodeling. Any how long story short I ripped a hole in it. I am about to contact customer service to see what to do. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

cuymatrix @oldsmargirl when an item is not shipped after 7 days of the order, the customer can cancel the purchase. In this case, I will be able to cancel the order on the 16th. Right now I cannot.
