Hi! I read your review and I am sorry that you are disappointed. The tag should have been in the pocket on the inside, and the zipper pulls and the outside Coach tags have the original wrapping on them. I can assure you this is how I purchased the bag from a major department store and I never used it. I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any questions 👍👍😀😀
