Hi ! Thanks for your interest in the boots. A general guideline on Posh is around 20%. You were asking for a 50% discount and I just can’t do that much. So sorry but I truly appreciate you asking 🤗👌

@argentieri Thanks for the nice rating-wish it had been 5 stars instead of 4. I was completely unaware that there were a few seams coming apart. I sew, so could have fixed. It looked in very condition to me, almost like never or rarely worn. Can you tell me where they were/how long? If I missed them, so sorry. I had quite discounted the offer, but still only want to sell items that are in very good or excellent condition. I hoped you would be thrilled, so disappointed. Are you happy overall?

Hi there...sorry for the inconvenience but I'm hoping you can help me re: a pr of boots I purchased for $50. Upon receiving them they were not what the post had said. They are great looking but the inside has dry rotted at the seams and ripped

Don't get me wrong...the boots look beautiful but for the price I paid it just isn't plausible to have to pay again to have them fixed at a bootsmith.

@argentieri hi ! Thanks for reaching out. Go to your icon at the bottom right hand corner and hit that. Scroll down to Poshmark support center. That will give you the option to “contact Posh” then an email will pop up. It will give you options there too and you pick “item not as described “. They will open a case. They will ask you to send them photos of the damage. It might take a couple of days for them to review. Then assuming they

agree with you, they will send you a shipping label to return the boots to the seller and once she gets them back they will refund your money. Let me know if this works or if you have any questions. Thank you so much! I don't think she knew or did this intentionally. I'm going to guess that sat somewhere dry for awhile and it just happened. If I had only pd like $20 I would just go have them fixed, but... If she would like to fix them that'd be great or give me some of money back towards taking them to a bootsmith to be fixed that would be fine. Otherwise I'd just like to give them back.

@argentieri yes- I’m sure you are right. I think most people on here are pretty good folks. Were you able to send the email? They should respond right away saying they got your em and will review it.

@hollyone I sent it a cpl days ago and still have not gotten any response back. This is why I asked you. I had msg'd the girl I bought them from and she said something along the lines of oh...sorry I didn't know. Imagine how I feel I spent $100...guess it will be up to Poshmark now. I don't want to call my credit card and tell them to fight that charge if need not be.

@argentieri so you sent them the em right from the app with the auto fill etc..? They usually send an em immediately that says they got your inquiry and will get back to you? I would send it again

@argentieri I had trouble with one thing. It took them awhile and they even asked for more pictures a second time. I think they get tons of e-mails. It did take awhile for me too. I think not all the email is about problems but just tons of emails in general
