Lisa, thank you for your lovely comments and 5 star rating. I’m happy you’re happy with the items you purchased. I am, though, concerned with the fact that you were charged extra for the a “fragile” sticker on the box. I contacted Posh Support and will let you know when they respond. This has never happened to me before and I’ve been selling on line for many years. I can’t imagine they have a legitimate reason for charging you more. Please accept my apologies for what transpired. Thanks again!

Regardless, the sticker was there for a reason. The items, toothpaste and mouthwash, were of concern. Many times boxes are tossed around and for fear this may happen I placed the sticker on the box. I wrapped them well but had I known you, or anyone, would be charged extra I never would have. I’m just really upset this happened and need to clear up why.
