I truly apologize abt the shipping issues with your jacket. If you track the package you can clearly see that I sent it out the next morning after you ordered. I even stayed up late so that I could get it in the mail before work. We pay priority shipping I don't understand why this is happening and I truly apologize. This is my income and how I feed my kids. I don't understand how you can do everything right and still not make what's supposed to happen- happen. I'm so sorry.
