mannaproject1 I got no buyer protection or help at all when I tried to ask for a refund to return the broken plate I bought from you. You told me over and over yo go to my purchase to do it myself. That is empty! No recent purchase!!

mannaproject1 The screen shot dhows there are no recent purchases in my account!! So how do I get refunded by your guarantee then?? Ot was put in s paper bag and two ceramic plates were mailed together… nothing between them!! They arrived very broken! I took pics!!
