sandac Hi, I read your comments on a Burberry scarf that was listed by another seller. What should the stitched tag look like on burberry scarves? I have burned burned before by “authentic” scarf. Thanks for your help!

lattys @sandac hi - I googled real v fake Burberry scarf tag, articles on how to spot fakes. BURBERRY is always in capital letters, & it’s not BURBERRY’S (plural). The stitching is perfectly symmetrical no loose threads, & only stitched on the sides so you can loop your finger under it. Plus the stitching will not be visible from from the back, eg when you flip the scarf over, you shouldn’t see the thread. italic font.

lattys @sandac The U and the Y are printed more bold than the other. Meaning they’re thicker on the right. The R’s have a very visible flick upwards at the end, like

lattys It’s really hard to describe! If you google it you will see images of real & fake tags next to each other, that really helps. & some articles will list all the signs that you should look for 👍👍👍

lattys Honestly, it’s safer to pay more money & buy from a seller that has posted an image of the receipt. I also don’t buy from sellers who have more than one of the same item as it’s either fake or stolen goods

sigi_bebe Thank you for your inquiry on the Burberry make up bag. It would appear you already have some level of knowledge about Burberry. Frankly I never considered if this little make up case was "authentic" it's just another makeup case cluttering my closet. Additionally the majority of the cases in my Closet including the Burberry came as gifts with a fragrance purchase. I posted more photos and I see you utilize Google. Hopefully you found the answers you are l,looking for.
