lbsaunders All the tracking shows is undeliverable as well. I have not received them. Can you confirm the address you show on label you sent please? I haven't had this happen before with items purchased through this site;(

lbsaunders I have been researching this and there must be a new mail carrier that is unfamiliar with our area as we have had the same thing happen with one of our Amazon purchases which again has never happened before. We probably get 5-6 boxes a week from Amazon alone. I'm going to the local post office as soon as they open hoping the package is still there. Will let you know what I find out. I'm sorry this has happened
