Don’t worry it’s always changing and even I had to email customer support after being abroad for a year because I forgot how to do certain things on this platform lol 🤷‍♀️😉. So when someone asked if you want them to lower their listing to give you a cheaper shipping, if you say yes, then I would have gone to my closet and lowered it to 15 which is more than 10% and that would have given all liters of that listing a 4.99 shipping. I would have put ❤️HOLD FOR LIAN ONLY❤️
