civiclized2000 There was no tracking information provided. I ordered the dress to wear on New Years Eve. The item did not arrive and still has not arrived. With all this combined, I cancelled the order. I will be more than happy to ship the item back to you if/when I receive it. I am not trying to keep an item that I am going to be refunded on.

analisagardea @civiclized2000 The post office called me back today. They had me file a missing/lost package request form. I did that. Hoping it either gets found & sent or I get my money back for the item I sent. So sorry for the inconvenience. Wish the post office wasn't so slow around this time. Take care & happy new year.
