Hi Lacey. I have just spent over 1 hour looking for your package. Haven't been able to locate it yet. As far as I can tell, it should be at the Sioux City distribution center. I spoke with Kent Post Office and they claim they sent it out on Nov 17th, although they do not scan packages on their way out, only as they receive. I might have to file a claim. I am so sorry. Those were gorgeous shoes!! I am still hoping you get them.
