carolw8464 I don't because for convenience I sent it via UPS instead of USPS and wasn't given a receipt but I didn't realize this was going to occur.

carolw8464 Hi Kyle I was just informed today by the Post Office that this item was picked up from UPS by USPS on 12-7 when I dropped the item off but it is showing but the Post office said the item has not been scanned in their system so I am going to file a claim with the post office but this is a new item that was not cheap. I do apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you posted.
