designer_flair @kuiniwang I’m disappointed you didn’t get the package. Poshmark support has contacted Canada Post & confirmed package was ‘lost’ but it may have been a case of internal theft. If not, somehow it’s found and shipped to you. Sorry about the situation, it was very odd and frustrating.

kuiniwang @designer_flair Canada post confirmed that the package was empty ,you have also received a full refund from Canada Post. They claimed that they have already “resolved” the issue with you, the seller and got compensation . It’s oddly suspicious

designer_flair @kuiniwang I agree. I’m assuming the package was opened by staff and item was taken because when I dropped off package, they weighed item to make sure it wasn’t over the weight limit. This is the first time this has happened to me.

designer_flair @kuiniwang I did not receive full compensation from Canada post. I received from Poshmark. I’ve had this account for. Couple of years and have sold many items, if this was a common occurrence, I’m sure Poshmark wouldn’t not compensate me. If you’re implying that I somehow scammed you, then I’m offended. It was a really nice jacket and would have preferred to keep it or at least wear it once then losing it and being compensated for a fraction of what I paid.

kuiniwang @designer_flair I realize I may have jumped to conclusions based on the limited information I had from Canada Post. From my side it sounded like the package being empty usually points back to the sender, and I might have been quick to judge. If this was a misunderstanding, I understand that stuff like this can happen, it is just very frustrating because I’ve been really looking forward to receive this package.

designer_flair @kuiniwang Canada post has all electronic info when I dropped off, it will scans the weight. I am as frustrated as you, it was a really nice jacket & I wanted to give it to someone who’d appreciate it & was willing to pay a decent price. I’m frustrated that Canada post won’t admit to internal theft by their staff but this is most likely the case. Poshmark will not refund or compensate me without thorough investigation. I’m really sorry you didn’t get your item.

kuiniwang @designer_flair Hey yes, surprisingly everything was intact, i received it in a long box,coat hanger + bag still intact and even got the message....so i really don't know what went wrong here
