I'm in Houston dealing with this terrible weather and haven't had a chance to check the app. But anyways, I no longer have the shoes. They were literally just a few days ago via another site. citysleek @misskiara513 Hi Kiara, so sorry to hear what you're going through, I hope you are ok. I checked the site and it appears you need to be the one to initiate the cancellation at this point: Account Tab > Select My Sale > Select Problems/Order Inquiry > Select Cancel Order > Select reason for cancellation to cancel the order.
