nyx_poppy_ Hello!. I finally somehow got through to Poshmark via phone..l I tried to message you through our conversation but it said I exceeded the amount of messages. They have both of our inquiries and the woman I spoke to her name was Shonda and she said anywhere from 14 to 45 days it could take for the refund to be processed but they have both for inquiries and if Like I said, I am on top of this! You have a blessed day now, sweetheart.

nyx_poppy_ Hey love out won’t let me reply says too many exceeds responses. However Poshmark says they are opening a case that was almost a week ago. I just email everyday asking for updates of you can do the same that would be good too!!!!!! Sorry I literally just moved the jet yet days so out been hectic but I didn’t forget about you I promise !!!!!

nyx_poppy_ OK, I think it’s letting me comment again. They’re letting us communicate ;unfortunately I do not give out person info online, but I did get a response and they are working on it not only at the local post office but Poshmark said that they had changed the box shipping so now something about you either have to use your own box or use a very specific one.

nyx_poppy_ So what might happen is one of two things I believe and that would be that you would be out of $40 unfortunately which is what I’m working very hard against or two and I wouldn’t let you be out of $40.

nyx_poppy_ I would allow you to pick any Four items out of my closet for say three dollars cause that’s the lowest price that they’ll allow me and then you know I’d make five cents but it’s not a big deal because I want you to get your moneys worth regardless.

nyx_poppy_ Now I am on a vacation hold because I’m unpacking. I have so many amazing items that are going to be coming up and if you’re in a primitive if you’re into basically anything like hoodies stuff like that I have it all gifting items. Anything I’m willing to work with you, but I’m trying to fight them on this and I am a woman of faith and I have faith that it will work out and if by any chance it does not, I will offer that to you because this is very insane.

And apparently the notice went out weeks ago like I think it said September 12 or something or I don’t know, but I believe your order went through on September 6 if I’m not mistaken, but I promise you I am on top of this. It’s just the moving and it’s a lot at the moment that’s all, but I’m on top of you and your order and making sure that you are and remain a very happy customer and one way or the other I will make this right you have my word💯

kevinthehugh @nyx_poppy_ hello! How are you doing? Can you please give me the phone number to call Poshmark? I tried to find it online but it wasn’t showing anything. Is the burden of fault on Poshmark or on the post office? Did they tell you about the extra 40$ charge when you sent it out?

kevinthehugh Hoping to get in contact with both of them. I’m wondering if it was your post office or my post office who slapped the extra charge on there. Either way Poshmark has enough money to cover it, neither of us should have to take that hit.

nyx_poppy_ I don’t even know when I forget now, but yeah just if you do sell or you know anyone that does make sure they know that there is a new policy you have to use your own box that just started if not, you’ll be charged like a five dollar fee For the seller not the buyer but yeah I just wanna spread that word too because I’m just angry and I truly appreciate how patient you’ve been on this
