Hi, Kerry! I messed up 😱 I was waiting to send your purple dress until I received your answer to my comment above. In the meantime I got another order and placed your label on it mistakenly! 🙈 It shipped out yesterday and I contacted Poshmark to see how to fix my error. I am waiting to hear back, but I wanted to give you a heads up that someone else’s order is coming your way. I am SO sorry about my mistake. I’ve never done something like this before and I feel terrible! 😔

@kmb08c , hi! I received the following advice from Poshmark Support this morning regarding my mix up. Once you receive the shipment you will need to open a formal case for return. Once you open a formal return case they will be able to process a return, cancel the sale, and return the mis-shipped item back to me. I cannot tell you how sorry I am for all of the hassle! 😔
