Hi-I received the dress back. It's so unfortunate but that is not a hole but just part of the dress design. There is no tear or damage, it's just the way the zipper ends with keyhole. It's understandable if you didn't like this but wanted to clarify I didn't ship out something damaged. I will repost explaining this to others. I regret the inconvenience to all
