dabor @whoknewken. OH, NO! Ken, I was repackaging the Chandelier Shades into a sturdier box from the original box and when I separated the shades the bulb clip separated from the shade (they were stacked together). Best, however, that it happened on this end than on yours. We will cancel the order with sincere regret. We are So Very Sorry. 😞 😞 LindaB and CarolD
