I replied to your comment on my page and I was wondering what you wanted to do about the dress. I understand poshmark can be confusing and I think you accidentally pressed accept order, and confirmed it was delivered, therefore poshmark won’t allow me to cancel or give me a shipping label. Since you pressed the confirm delivery and accept order button, the money from the sale has already been released into my account, and the dress is apparently in your hands.

I understand that poshmark can be confusing, and unfortunately in your situation poshmark doesn’t do anything after a sale has been accepted and confirmed for delivery.
The only idea I had to refund you the money was that you make a listing for the exact amount of money I received from the sale and I purchase it.

This would return the money to you, and I can’t think of any other way.
This is an unfortunate circumstance and I don’t think it’s right to keep the money from the “sale”.
