katiebunny @mslynnescloset it took too long and you were so anxious to get it back. I have a very busy job where I go to work before 7 am and home after 9 pm and am busy all day. I had to have an assistant go out and do it. I wasn't happy about it because the reality of me getting that money back is pretty slim. I didn't even do anything wrong but felt pressure to get to the pair office and then it cost me $38. Just because I got a package by someone else's mistake.

I have a good reputation with PM and I just wanted to ship her items to her timely, just like I shipped your items timely, so I panicked. in all honesty, you could have kept it and act as if u never received it, but you were an honest person just as I am. All of your extra time and efforts will not be in vain.
