riverlove722 Kathy, I’m sorry to hear the teapot was broken by USPS. I had it professionally double boxed with (2 corrugated boxes) heavily wrapped in industrial strength bundle wrap, thick padding, with fragile written all over the outside. I understand why you are disappointed. However, please acknowledge the ones that need to improve their jobs and are patently at fault is USPS.

riverlove722 n addition, kindly re-evaluate your 1 star feedback towards me as a seller.. This incident was definitely not my fault. Someone had to have stacked something incredibly heavy on top of the double corrugated boxes or threw it. If I packaged improperly the entire 3 pieces would have been shattered. It sounds like they placed something super heavy right on the top/middle of the box. Thank you

kathylesch It was boxed in a honey hill crisp apple box and it did not look like it was professionally boxed .the top of the box was loose with masking tape...the box was lined with purple Cardboard fruit cartons, this was not professionally packaged... poshmark already said they credited the money back to me...I will send a photo of the box it was packaged in and the cardboard fruit liner! Sorry but this was what it was boxed in...not done professionally.

riverlove722 As a concerned Ambassador seller I was following up to ascertain refund. FYI- The box I shipped in was super heavy weight, thick corrugated (irregardless) of stamp, had thick full sleeve slide on lid. I DOUBLE boxed 2nd heavy corrugated box, (2 boxes total) used loads of thick industrial channeled air wrap in multiple layers, taped securely, placed heavy commercial cardboard underneath/on sides for extra support, packaged components separately, and wrote fragile in caps with bold marker!

riverlove722 @kathylesch Although not shipped from NASA there was no reason rather than postal damage that caused one small piece to break. If I had shipped in the poor ignorant manner you are describing (in route from coast-coast) you would have received a box of crushed ceramic. Not only one small broken piece! Your 1 star rating and falsely alleged report to Poshmark is egregious! I feel sorry for future fellow sellers who receive low ball offers followed up by undeserving insulting 1 star feedbacks!
