hannahbanna14 @sandragermain77 Hi there! I'm sorry for the late response. I've never been charged and turned it on but It has a charging cable on it can be plugged into the usb port on the computer or usb wall. Thank you for your time I hope it helps answer your questions.

If you got another cable you might try to use it could be some cable problem. If still not. I can accept my return item back. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.

hannahbanna14 @sandragermain77 I've been reading how to use Itouch fuse their website. There is a note that says Take off plastic protector film from case back before charging. Charging fully takes about 1 hour
