shoe_ru Good morning. Somewhat shocked at the 80% rating on the excellent condition new balance shoes I sold you for $20? The comment reads that the shoes were photographed without inserts, but now there are inserts in the shoes, but you feel they don’t work? I just came across some inserts prior to shipping them and figured I would throw them in in case they would work!? I’m not sure how that justifies an 80% rating because I attempted to give you something extra that may work.

shoe_ru Had a shipped the shoes as purchased, I would’ve received a five star rating. Since I went the extra mile and attempted to put insoles in the shoes that might work, I received a four star rating? Just wow!?🤦‍♂️

dunawaykd94 @shoe_ru first of all, your comments are extremely excessive and come off kind of agressive. In my opinion, the added insoles were not a plus. They were too large, and the left one was chopped off very sloppy into a shape that doesn't even resemble a shoe or a foot. upon inserting them into the shoes, surely you would have noticed the left one being quite a bit too short. I appreciate the shoes, the insoles were tacky, as well as your manners.

shoe_ru @dunawaykd94 So, how do I not taking the effort to attempt to find inserts that would fit them, I would’ve received a five star rating? I’m not sure how that’s aggressive, I’m just trying to understand? You’re supposed to be reading the price you paid, THE CONDITION OF TGE SHOES & the ship time. Please explain help me attempting to put inserts in the shoes deteriorated the shoes to a point where they deserved an 80% rating? Thanks

shoe_ru @dunawaykd94 Ma’am, replacement insoles are cut to fit, which is why I sent ones that were “too large, “so that you could cut them to fit the shoes, as opposed to selling you shoes without insoles. Please feel free to return the shoes for a full and complete refund. Have a nice day

kailarhonda I would absolutely accept $13 for the Skechers mint green and white shoes. They are beautiful and in great condition. But I removed the inner liner pad and used them for a different pair of shoes. Are you ok with the shoes without the removable inner liner pad?
