kashakash @lem1025121 so...Poshmark said they can not process a refund cause I received the package which I explained it was not broken but it broke within 15 minutes. They say I have to keep it and try to resell it or something which defeats the purpose why I bought it in the first place.

lem1025121 @kashakash Poshmark said that there is nothing they can do and that they “kindly ask that you let the buyer know to reach out to us directly for further assistance. However, I know you already did this. Would you like to send you another chain? There’s nothing wrong with the pendant so the item can easily be fixed.
