SO, I sold you a new with tags pair of shoes I bought at Kohls. You got them, gave a 5 star rating, they somehow broke, and it was my fault and you changed MY rating to 1 star? What did I do? That really doesn't seem fair.

I really liked the sandals and I was excited to wear them. I cut the tags off and put them on and one of the sandals broke in half within a few steps. I wanted to be able to wear the sandals for more then 2 mins
