tracyswartz39 Hi Karen. Thanks for your interest in the art glass purse. I sent a counter offer of $14. If i go much lower than that, it will end up costing me more than I would earn with shipping materials etc. I need to package it with lots of bubble wrap and paper to avoid breakage in shipping. I am very careful about that because I work for the postal service and see first hand how much packages get tossed about on their journey.
