Hi! I sold you the LV shoes. This app makes it hard to message post-sale, I think it censors certain words like other pymt apps? Happy to give you back fifty percent via another method. Anyway I thought pics clear but I have not worn the shoes in ages so I don't know about the straps issue you mention. Lmk ✌️
