Hi I am the person that you bought the sweater from and while I was packing it up I noticed another hole in the sweater on the arm . I am truly sorry but I do not want to sell you this sweater in this condition. Can you just cancel the order and if you have problems let me know and I can try on my end again I am so sorry!!!!!

@sonda1221 I don't believe I'm able to cancel on my end until shipment is delayed by 7 days or more. Can you check if you're able to initiate a cancellation?
