emnmgem1 Hi, Judy. I just wanted you to know that when I left the house this morning, I had your package ready and waiting for a pick-up scheduled with the postal service today. Unfortunately, the postal worker did not do their job and pick it up. I'm not sure what happened; they are usually reliable. I will have your order shipped tomorrow, though. I'm sorry for the delay!

emnmgem1 Hi, Judy. So, I spoke with someone at the post office this morning before I left the house. They told me not to worry that someone would be by today to pick up your package and scan it for shipping. When I got home around 5pm, the package was still where I had left it by the door. I'm sooo sorry for this mess. I will have time to take it and drop it off at the post office tomorrow so it will be on it's way.
