nannie1papa2 Hello, I mailed your purchase of shoes and have a tracking receipt which shows they were delivered. Can you confirm receipt of The shoes. Thank you for your patience. Apparently this was a problem at the post office. Nannie1papa2

ssjja78 @nannie1papa2 I have not received the shoes. Nor have I gotten any shipment information showing that they were ever shipped. I received a message from Poshmark 2 days ago stating that they sent you a reminder to ship them and that I’d be notified once tracking began.

nannie1papa2 @ssjja78 I mailed your shoes 8/8/2019 - my tracking receipt shows delivered. Tracking number 4202556494055108993598350996813 I have been reporting this info to Poshmark since day one. Looks like a problem was with the post office. I am sure Poshmark will find out what happened and resolve in your favor. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience for all.

nannie1papa2 I wonder if the address on file with Poshmark is correct? Looks like the package was dropped off at a business - leaving the package at a reception or mail room!

nannie1papa2 @ssjja78 I am not sure what is going on. I received a note from support saying if it doesn’t start scanning by August 16th you can cancel your order. I am sorry try for this inconvenience! I always ship the day of sale or next day. I appreciate your responses. 😊
