caradock @joshprochaska Sorry that happened. That's really odd because Poshmark sends me the shipping label with your address. I'll email them to find out what happened.

joshprochaska @caradock I don't understand that either it's a P.O. box at the post office the only thing I can think of is because I bought it for a friend and was having it delivered to her but in my name I will have to go to post office and complain

caradock @joshprochaska So it's your name but her address? Maybe it's still at the post office and you can get it before it ships out. My tracking doesn't say anything about it coming back to me. Keep me posted and I'll let you know when Poshmark responds to me.

joshprochaska @caradock Still waiting to see if the package was at the post office but I call the U.S. Postal service and said it would of more and likely of been sent back. I don't know what to do from here I can either change the address to mine or the name to po box. If I have to I'll find another item to buy and you could ship them all together

caradock @joshprochaska I'm still waiting for a response from Poshmark. Hopefully, by tomorrow I will hear from them. Let's see what their solution is and if I receive the packages as well.

joshprochaska @caradock Packages never stayed at post office. Once you hear on them let me know what I need to do to get them as in if I have to cover shiping or maybe another item and mail them all together

caradock @joshprochaska yes, I will let you know. They are supposedly coming back to me. I need to find out what to do once they arrive here. Poshmark didn't really guide me yet. They just confirmed that there was a tracking issue. I need to let them know when the packages are here and then they'll tell me what to do.

caradock @joshprochaska hi again. I just checked the tracking and it has finally moved and they are here in NJ! Hopefully I will receive them tomorrow and then I will reach out to Poshmark to ask what we can do. If you want to send them an email, that might be helpful. Just click on your profile pick and there is a drop down menu. Go to Support and Help. Click on email and fill in the info. I also suggest updating the shipping address you have for your account.

caradock @joshprochaska Guess what!? The packages arrived today! Yay! Before I email Poshmark, tell me what you would like to do so I can put it in the email. If you would like to repurchase we can do that on one order and save shipping. Also, check your account to see if you received a refund.

caradock @joshprochaska So I just received 2 emails from Poshmark stating that the items have been shipped back to me and that if you still want them they will reissue shipping labels. If you want to proceed this way just make sure you have the right info for the address. Thanks for being patient as this was out of our control.
